About the Role

Vistaprint is seeking a highly analytical and driven team lead to join our EU Paid Search team. As a key member of our Integrated Media Team, you will contribute to the strategy and future vision of our Paid Search channel, leading a team of Paid Search Specialists who manage Google and Bing campaigns across 15 EU markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the EU Regional Paid Search team, consisting of 5 Paid Search Specialists, to achieve business goals and foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive paid search strategies tailored to the EU market, aligned with overall EU marketing and business objectives.
  • Report on EU performance, analyzing key metrics, identifying trends, and uncovering insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, such as Marketing AdTech, Finance, EU marketing, and other channels to align on business goals and strategies.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all paid search-related inquiries in the EU region.
  • Make data-driven decisions, handling key performance indicators, and possessing strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Requirements

  • 5+ years' experience in managing Search campaigns.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale paid search campaigns and achieving significant results.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to mentor and lead junior team members.
