About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Paid Social Media Manager to join our team at Starcom. As a Paid Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for the strategic and tactical implementation of social media plans across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media campaigns across Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and TikTok.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and optimizing campaigns for better results.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support social media efforts and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Lead and support the creation and planning of client campaigns, ensuring effective execution and delivery.
- Develop and present post-campaign analysis and reporting to clients, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure innovative and effective campaign execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Advertising, Marketing, Economics, Media Science, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the marketing industry or a media agency environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong strategic skills, with a deep understanding of social media in a business context.
- Proficiency in social media analytics tools and a willingness to learn new technologies.
