Job Title: Social Media Community Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Community Manager to join our team at The Social Element. As a Social Media Community Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our brand's audience, fostering a sense of community, and driving engagement through meaningful interactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner
  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase engagement and grow our online community
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all social media channels
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices
Requirements:
  • Excellent Swedish language skills
  • Advanced English language skills
  • Background experience in social media, engagement, social customer care, and/or community management
  • Knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely
