Job Title: Senior Manager, Social Media Marketing Strategist

Job Summary: We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to lead our social media and influencer marketing efforts for a new title. As the Senior Manager, Social Media Marketing Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy, building and engaging with our community, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and Execute Social Media Strategy: Lead the development and execution of a social media strategy that aligns with our business objectives, including content creation, community engagement, and influencer partnerships.
  2. Build and Engage Community: Build and engage with our community across multiple social media platforms, including Twitter, Instagram, Discord, YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, Twitch, and Snapchat.
  3. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and communications, to drive business growth and achieve our goals.
  4. Measure and Optimize Performance: Measure and optimize the performance of our social media efforts, using data and analytics to inform our strategy and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven Experience: 5+ years of experience in social media marketing, with a proven track record of success in developing and executing social media strategies that drive business growth.
  • Marketing Expertise: Strong understanding of marketing principles, including content marketing, community engagement, and influencer marketing.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve our goals.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
