**Job Summary**

Act Second is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Social Media Strategist to lead our social media efforts and develop advanced strategies to enhance our online presence, engage with our community, and drive traffic to our website.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Create, curate, and manage high-quality content, including text, images, videos, and infographics, that aligns with our brand voice and marketing objectives.
  • Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner, fostering positive relationships.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance using advanced analytics tools. Provide regular reports and insights to optimize strategies and achieve KPIs.
  • Collaborate with the marketing, content, and product teams to plan and execute integrated social media campaigns and promotions.
  • Stay ahead of social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure Act Second remains a leader in the industry.
  • Identify, engage, and collaborate with influencers and brand advocates to expand our reach and build strategic partnerships.
  • Manage and optimize social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance tracking.
  • Work on multiple projects with Act Second clients, ensuring a consistent and impactful social media presence across various brands.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in community management and social media.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful social media strategies and campaigns.
  • Native/Proficiency in English.
  • Exceptional communication and writing skills with a keen attention to detail.
