Paid Social Media Strategist

As a Paid Social Specialist at Starcom, you will have the opportunity to work with one of the country's most important retail companies, applying the global brand strategy in the area of social networks, with a focus on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
Your main objectives will be to supervise and control the application of planning rules, launch a unique and connected work process between client and team, and develop specific Benchmarks by category and brand.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the administration and execution of paid social media plans, ensuring that objectives and KPIs are achieved.
- Assist in the preparation and execution of social media strategies.
- Maintain an open and fluid communication channel with content departments, community managers, and influencers management to transfer a 360-degree vision to the planning.
- Monitor and analyze competition activity in social networks.
- Monitor the results of organic and paid campaigns and apply learning to the global strategy.
- Update, advise, and help in the technical assembly and product news to the activation team.
- Bachelor's Degree in Advertising, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in Digital agencies.
- Spanish native level language.
- Strong knowledge of the Spanish media landscape dynamics.
- Steadfastly pushes self and others for results.
- A good level of English (C1 or more).
- Experience working with International clients.
- Management of multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong strategist skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, dynamic, flexible, and proactive.
- Open to new ideas and change.
