Paid Media Strategist

COCUNAT is seeking a highly skilled Paid Media Specialist to join our team. As a Paid Media Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing paid social advertising campaigns across various platforms to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) targets.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute paid social advertising strategies to drive traffic and conversion objectives for European, US, and LATAM markets.
- Oversee daily optimization of paid social advertising campaigns to ensure efficient budget allocation and maximum return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Explore new product and brand opportunities through audience analysis, ad creativity, and conversion optimization.
- Scale revenue from new customers by managing budgets and controlling customer acquisition cost (CAC) and ROAS.
- Drive budgeting and forecasting, experimentation with short-term execution and long-term vision.
- Analyze audiences and apply full-funnel acquisition strategies.
- A/B test creative assets, targeting strategies, and budget allocations to optimize performance.
- Implement reporting that leads to action and conduct regular performance checks and periodic business reviews to surface opportunities and pain-points.
- Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in paid social advertising.
- Expert with at least 2-3 years of e-commerce experience running paid social ads on different platforms.
- Highly technical and analytical drive; comfortable dealing with high growth and complex business challenges.
- Strong track record of proven results within a multinational e-commerce space (preferably beauty or fashion).
- Organized and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Teamwork, results orientation, transversal communication, organization, and proactivity.
- Excellent prioritization and organization skills.
- Creatively inclined and confident to bring ideas to the table.
- Result-driven and hungry to scale accounts to huge heights through continual testing of tactics and strategies.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
