About the Role

As a key member of our marketing team, you will be tasked with ensuring that our vacancies receive maximum visibility among qualified candidates at the right cost. You will also be responsible for collaborating with our global media agency to evolve our media strategy and reach a broader audience through digital media campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Digital Media Management
    Develop and implement a local digital media strategy that aligns with our global marketing objectives.
  2. Contribute to the optimization of our owned media channels, including SEO, to improve our online presence.
  3. Collaborate closely with our website management team to deliver performance insights and contribute to website development projects.
  4. Business Partnering
    Act as the primary point of contact for all digital media-related inquiries and provide expert advice to internal stakeholders.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors to ensure seamless execution of digital media campaigns.
  6. Reporting
    Work with our digital analyst to provide accurate and insightful performance reporting.
  7. Present regular performance reports and provide actionable recommendations to senior leadership.
  8. Media Support Administration
    Provide day-to-day support to our recruitment consultants on job posting troubleshooting and media buying processes.
  9. Manage the entire media buying process, from price negotiation to internal procurement and payment processing.

Requirements

  1. At least 3 years of experience in online marketing, specializing in paid campaigns and SEO, preferably in an international organization.
  2. Advanced knowledge of tools such as Google Analytics and Power BI.
  3. Excellent written and verbal proficiency in English; proficiency in any other European language, particularly German, is a plus.
  4. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and ability to manage large datasets effectively.
  5. Proficient in Excel with hands-on experience in Power Automate.
  6. Degree in a marketing-related field.
