Job Title: Digital Media Performance Strategist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Media Performance Strategist to join our dynamic team at Amadeus. As a key member of our Digital Media team, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining a portfolio of clients within the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead communications with clients through calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings to discuss campaign performance, strategic options, and overall account management.
  • Manage and coordinate assigned campaigns, working with analysts to implement data-driven strategies and optimize results.
  • Develop and execute creative campaign management strategies for each client, considering client knowledge, campaign data, and business intelligence insights.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and analysts to explore new opportunities in digital media and share knowledge, including leading training sessions on specific topics.

Requirements:

  • BA or BS Degree in a related field, such as Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, Business Intelligence, Statistics, or Finance.
  • Experience in Digital Media, managing a portfolio of clients and optimizing campaigns.
  • Deep knowledge of digital media channels, strategies, platforms, and optimization.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience working with clients and campaign stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Google Marketing Platform, including Google Analytics, Data Studio, Search Ads 360, and Facebook Business Manager. Knowledge of Tableau is a plus.
  • Fluency in English, with Spanish, German, and/or French a plus.
