Job Title: Digital Media Performance Strategist

Summary: As a Digital Media Performance Strategist at Amadeus, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining a portfolio of clients within the hospitality industry. You will be the primary point of contact for your portfolio, including all communication with clients, reporting and presentation of results, and suggesting new and innovative strategies to drive campaign performance. You will work closely with the Digital Media team and analysts to implement data-driven strategies and optimizations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead client communications through calls, emails, and occasional face-to-face meetings, presenting results, discussing strategic options for campaigns, and managing overall relationships.
  2. Manage and coordinate assigned campaigns, working with an analyst to implement data-driven strategies to achieve client and company goals.
  3. Develop creative campaign management strategies for each client, considering client knowledge, campaign data, tacit knowledge, and BI data.
  4. Collaborate with colleagues and analysts to explore new opportunities in digital media and knowledge sharing, including leading specific training topics.

About the Ideal Candidate:

  1. BA or BS Degree in a related field, such as Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, Business Intelligence, Statistics, or Finance.
  2. Experience in Digital Media, managing a portfolio of clients and handling day-to-day optimizations and activities.
  3. Deep understanding of various digital media channels, strategies, platforms, and optimization.
  4. Experience in communication with clients and campaign stakeholders, including presentation skills.
  5. Knowledge and experience with all Digital Media platforms, with hospitality industry experience a plus.
  6. Good understanding of market trends and hospitality KPIs, with a strong focus on the interaction between those KPIs and Digital Media performance.
  7. Experience with Google Marketing Platform, including Google Analytics, Data Studio, Search Ads 360, and Facebook Business Manager.
  8. In addition, knowledge of Tableau is a plus.
  9. Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required, and proficiency in Spanish, German, or French is a plus.
