Job Title: Digital Media Performance Strategist

Summary: As a Digital Media Performance Strategist at Amadeus, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining a portfolio of clients within the hospitality industry. You will act as the primary point of contact for your portfolio, including all communication with clients, reporting and presentation of results, and suggesting new and innovative strategies to drive campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Management: Lead communications with clients through regular meetings, presentations, and discussions to ensure alignment with campaign goals and objectives.
  2. Campaign Management: Manage and coordinate assigned campaigns, working closely with analysts to implement data-driven strategies and optimize campaign performance.
  3. Strategy Development: Develop creative campaign management and strategies for each client across the portfolio, considering client knowledge, campaign data, and business intelligence insights.
  4. Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing: Collaborate with colleagues and analysts to explore new opportunities in digital media and share knowledge, including leading training on specific topics.

About the Ideal Candidate:

  1. Education: BA or BS Degree, preferably in a related field such as Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, Business Intelligence, Statistics, or Finance.
  2. Experience: Experience in Digital Media, managing a portfolio of clients and day-to-day optimizations.
  3. Skills: Deep knowledge of channels, strategies, platforms, and optimization; experience in communication with clients and campaign stakeholders, including strong presentation skills.
  4. Language: Fluent in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Spanish, German, and/or French is a plus.
  5. Tools and Technology: Experience with Google Marketing Platform tools, including Google Analytics, Data Studio, Search Ads 360, and Facebook Business Manager; knowledge of Tableau is a plus.
