About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Media Performance Strategist to join our team at Amadeus. As a key member of our Digital Media team, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining a portfolio of clients within the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead communications with clients, including presentation of results, discussing strategic options for campaigns, and overall relationship management of the account.
  • Management and coordination of assigned campaigns, working with analysts to implement data-driven strategies to reach client and company goals.
  • Working with colleagues and analysts to explore new opportunities in digital media and knowledge share, including leading training on specific topics.

Requirements

  • BA or BS Degree, preferred in a related field of study, including Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, Business Intelligence, Statistics, or Finance.
  • Experience in Digital Media, managing a portfolio of clients and day-to-day optimizations and other necessary activities.
  • Deep knowledge of various digital media channels, strategies, platforms, and optimization.
  • Experience in communication with clients and campaign stakeholders, including presentation skills.
  • Deep knowledge and experience working with all Digital Media platforms, with experience in the hospitality industry a plus.
  • Good understanding of market trends and hospitality KPIs, with a strong focus on the interaction between those KPIs and Digital Media performance.
  • Experience with Google Marketing Platform, including Google Analytics, Data Studio, Search Ads 360, Facebook Business Manager. Knowledge of Tableau is a plus.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken) and Spanish, German, and/or French is a plus.
