About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Media Strategist to join our team at Page Personnel. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for shaping and executing our digital media strategy across various EMEA markets.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Digital Media Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive digital media strategy to reach a broader audience, collaborating with our global media agency to optimize our owned media channels, including SEO.
  2. Business Partnership: Serve as the primary point of contact for all digital media-related inquiries, facilitating communication between different teams and external vendors to provide solutions for business needs.
  3. Performance Reporting: Work closely with digital analysts to create accurate and insightful performance reports, providing regular updates, analyses, and recommendations on website performance and media initiatives to meet agreed-upon targets.
  4. Media Support Administration: Provide day-to-day support to recruitment consultants, manage the media buying process from price negotiation to internal procurement and payment, and ensure all internal administration and reporting are up-to-date.
Requirements
  1. At least 3 years of experience in online marketing, specializing in paid campaigns and SEO, preferably within an international organization.
  2. Advanced knowledge of tools such as Google Analytics and Power BI.
  3. Excellent oral and written proficiency in English; proficiency in any other European languages, particularly German, is a plus.
  4. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail, capable of managing large datasets effectively.
  5. Proficient in Excel with previous hands-on experience in Power Automate.
  6. Degree in a marketing-related field.
