As a Paid Social Manager at Starcom, you will have the opportunity to work with one of the country's most important retail companies, managing the strategic and tactical implementation of social media plans.
You will be responsible for running campaigns on various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and TikTok, as well as third-party tracking systems. Your goal will be to evaluate campaigns, extract learnings, and incorporate them into client recommendations to achieve better results on social media.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, monitor, control, and manage social media projects and campaigns.
- Monitor client campaigns and acquire substantial learning for optimization.
- Support internal social media teams in the paid ads area.
- Lead and support teams in creating and planning client campaigns.
- Create and evaluate post-campaign analysis and reporting.
- Use common analytics and social media tools.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Advertising, Marketing, Economics, Media Science, or similar; or 3-4 years of experience in a similar position.
- Good communication skills, dynamic, flexible, and proactive.
- Professional experience in the marketing industry or media agency environment.
- Comprehensive understanding of social media in a business context.
- High degree of specialization in social media networks.
