About the Role

Mitiga Solutions is seeking an experienced Sr. Product Marketing Manager to drive business growth through thought leadership and strategic marketing initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that showcases our cutting-edge science and technology solutions for climate risk mitigation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a product marketing strategy that aligns with business growth goals and product roadmap
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, science, strategy, sales, partnerships, and customer success, to influence product roadmap and launch cadence
  • Provide thought leadership and strategic guidance on product marketing initiatives, including sales enablement, portfolio architecture, and go-to-market strategies
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers' needs and pain points, and use this insight to inform marketing strategies and tactics
  • Measure and report on marketing performance, and provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in product marketing management, preferably in B2B SaaS, climate, insurance, or tech
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful product marketing strategies that drive business growth
  • Strong understanding of complex scientific and technical products, and ability to develop human-centric marketing messaging
  • Excellent collaboration and influencing skills, with ability to lead from a thought leadership perspective
  • Experience building and maintaining a portfolio architecture is a plus
