Key Responsibilities- Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Strategies: Create and implement data-driven digital marketing strategies to drive website traffic, lead acquisition, and revenue growth in the LATAM market.
- Lead SEO and Content Marketing Efforts: Develop and implement SEO actions, including link-building, domain authority improvements, content strategy, and website audits to improve online visibility and drive organic traffic.
- Identify New Revenue Opportunities: Analyze market trends and identify new organic revenue opportunities to grow our active user base in the LATAM market.
- Manage Campaign ROI and Brand KPIs: Monitor and optimize campaign ROI and brand KPIs to ensure alignment with business goals and objectives.
- Lead and Manage a Team: Manage and lead a team of 6 people, including external suppliers, to ensure successful execution of marketing campaigns and strategies.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with Sales, Product, Performance, and Marketing Ops teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of marketing strategies.
- 5+ Years of Experience: Proven experience as an Inbound Marketing Manager, Demand Generation Manager, or similar role.
- Deep Knowledge of SEO and Demand Generation: Strong understanding of SEO and demand generation principles, including keyword research, link-building, on-page/off-page optimization, and more.
- Drive, Tenacity, and Results-Oriented: Proven track record of driving results and achieving goals in a fast-paced marketing environment.
- Initiative and Growth Mindset: Ability to think creatively and come up with innovative solutions to drive business growth.
- Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing campaigns and strategies.
