About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Growth Marketing Manager to lead our expansion efforts in France and revitalize our presence in Switzerland. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive growth strategy to drive business growth and revenue.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a growth marketing strategy to establish Amenitiz as a dominant player in the French market.
  • Redesign our Swiss inbound growth playbook to reinforce our market position and drive revenue growth.
  • Drive cross-functional teams to exceed NMRRR (New Monthly Recurring Revenue) targets.
  • Collaborate with Revenue Operations (RevOps) to track all metrics across Hubspot and acquisition channels.
  • Lead cross-functional meetings to ensure alignment with our business plan.
  • Craft a content strategy maximizing lead generation across all channels.
  • Conduct A/B testing experiments to find new growth levers.
  • Unlock and optimize new channels including paid media, partnerships, and SEO.
  • Tailor the inbound GTM (Go-To-Market) funnel for France and Belgium.
  • Engage in budget and target setting discussions with our VP of Marketing.

  • Cost Per Lead & Average Sales Price (ASP) vs. Target.
