Job Title: Senior Growth Marketing ManagerWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Growth Marketing Manager to lead our expansion efforts in Italy. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a growth marketing strategy that drives business results and exceeds our ambitious targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a growth marketing strategy for Italy, leveraging data-driven insights and market research to inform your approach.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including revenue operations, sales, and product, to ensure alignment and drive business results.
- Design and implement A/B testing experiments to identify new growth levers and optimize our sales funnel.
- Unlock and optimize new channels, including paid media, partnerships, and SEO, to elevate lead generation and conversion rates.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Italian and Spanish markets, tailoring our marketing strategies to meet the unique needs and preferences of each region.
- 3-4 years of experience in a relevant growth role, with a strong track record of scaling and optimizing marketing strategies.
- Performance marketing expertise, with proficiency in utilizing data-driven marketing strategies and platforms to drive business growth.
- Market acumen, with a deep understanding of the Italian and Spanish markets and experience in tailoring strategies to diverse cultural contexts.
- Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing performance.
- Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and collaborating effectively with country managers, marketing, sales, and product teams.
