About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Growth Marketing Manager to lead our expansion efforts in Italy. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive growth strategy to drive business growth and revenue expansion in the Italian market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a growth marketing strategy to drive business growth and revenue expansion in Italy
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of growth marketing initiatives
  • Collaborate with Revenue Operations to track and analyze key metrics and optimize growth marketing strategies
  • Develop and implement content marketing strategies to maximize lead generation and conversion rates
  • Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to identify new growth levers and optimize sales funnel performance
  • Unlock and optimize new channels, including paid media, partnerships, and SEO, to elevate lead generation and conversion rates
  • Tailor the inbound GTM funnel specifically for Italy and Spain to ensure market resonance
  • Engage in pivotal budget and target setting discussions with the VP of Marketing to shape our growth trajectory
Requirements
  • 3-4 years of experience in a relevant growth role with a strong track record in scaling and optimizing marketing strategies
  • Performance marketing expertise, with proficiency in utilizing data-driven marketing strategies and platforms to drive business growth
  • Market acumen, with a deep understanding of the Italian and Spanish markets and experience in tailoring strategies to diverse cultural contexts
  • Analytical skills, with exceptional ability to analyze data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing performance
  • Leadership and collaboration skills, with proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and collaborating effectively with country managers, marketing, sales, and product teams
  • Technical proficiency, with familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools, analytics platforms, and proficiency in SEO, content marketing, and digital advertising
  • Communication skills, with excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate marketing strategies and results to stakeholders at all levels
  • Adaptability, with the ability to quickly adapt strategies in response to market changes and business needs
  • Innovative thinking, with a creative mindset and a track record of identifying and capitalizing on new growth opportunities
