About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Growth Marketing Manager to lead our expansion efforts in France and revitalize our presence in Switzerland. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive growth strategy to drive business growth and revenue.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a growth marketing strategy to establish Amenitiz as a dominant player in the French market.
  • Revitalize our Swiss inbound growth playbook to reinforce our market position.
  • Drive cross-functional teams to exceed NMRRR (New Monthly Recurring Revenue) targets.
Your Profile

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced marketing professional with a strong track record of driving business growth through innovative marketing strategies. You will have a deep understanding of the French and Belgian markets and be able to analyze data to optimize performance.

Key skills and qualifications include:

  • 3-4 years of experience in a relevant growth role.
  • Proficiency in data-driven marketing strategies.
  • Understanding of the French and Belgian markets.
  • Ability to analyze data and optimize performance.
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams.
