About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Growth Marketing Manager to lead our expansion efforts in Italy. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive growth strategy to establish Amenitiz as a dominant player in the Italian market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a growth marketing strategy to drive business expansion in Italy
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and exceed NMRRR targets
  • Collaborate with Revenue Operations to track and analyze key metrics across Hubspot and other acquisition channels
  • Design and execute A/B testing experiments to identify new growth levers across the sales funnel
  • Unlock and optimize new channels, including paid media, partnerships, and SEO, to elevate lead generation
  • Tailor the inbound GTM funnel specifically for Italy and Spain to ensure market resonance
  • Engage in pivotal budget and target setting discussions with the VP of Marketing to shape our growth trajectory
Requirements
  • 3-4 years of experience in a relevant growth role with a strong track record in scaling and optimizing marketing strategies
  • Proficiency in utilizing data-driven marketing strategies and platforms to drive business growth
  • Deep understanding of the Italian and Spanish markets, with experience in tailoring strategies to diverse cultural contexts
  • Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing performance
  • Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and collaborating effectively with country managers, marketing, sales, and product teams
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools, analytics platforms, and proficiency in SEO, content marketing, and digital advertising
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate marketing strategies and results to stakeholders at all levels
