Healthcare Regional Business Manager B2B

Nuestro cliente es una multinacional fabricante de Medical Devices con más de 7000 empleados y headquarters en Barcelona.En un rol muy crosfuncional, buscamos incorporar un Business Manager para la línea de negocio B2B de OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer). La misión principal será hacer crecer el negocio OEM manteniendo los clientes existentes y también prospectando nuevas cuentas, siendo el máximo responsable de las ventas B2B de productos OEM y servicios de I+D empresarial. Las funciones principales son: Crear un Plan Estratégico de corto y largo plazo para la línea de negocio. Control presupuestario de su área de negocio. Proporcionar pronósticos de ventas regularmente. Co-liderar con los departamentos de I+D/Operaciones y RA/QA asignados a su división. Representar la división con diferentes skateholders internos ( I+D, Operaciones, Ventas&Marketing, Finanzas...) y externos. Asumir la responsabilidad comercial con acciones de alto valor generando nuevas oportunidades de clientes y mercado. RequisitosBackground de formación científica (Biotecnología, Farmacia, Ciencias de la Salud...) y de Business. 10 años de experiencia en una posición similar, idealmente en Medical Devices y muy valorable industria farmacéutica. Manejo de SAP.Español e inglés altos y muy deseable el catalán. SkillsAutonomía y liderazgo. Alta capacidad de trabajo en equipo. Visión estratégica. Fuerte capacidad comercial.
