At Tuotempo, a leading CRM for the Healthcare sector and part of the international DocPlanner Group, we are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive our growth in Spain. This crucial role will expand our presence in the healthcare HIS / ERP sector through strategic market analysis, identifying new opportunities, and forging key partnerships.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing business development strategies and plans to meet company growth objectives in Spain.
  • Conducting thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and market trends.
  • Analyzing competitor strategies and industry developments to inform business strategies.
  • Preparing compelling business proposals, presentations, and sales pitches tailored to healthcare HIS / ERP providers.
  • Negotiating integration improvements with third-party providers.
  • Negotiating and closing product and commercial partnerships with healthcare providers.
  • Negotiating and closing complex strategic deals with insurance and hospital customers that align with the company's financial and strategic goals.
  • Working closely with sales and product development teams to ensure alignment in achieving business goals.
  • Leading strategic cross-area projects and assuring goals are reached.
  • Providing commercial support to partners in Latin America and participating in sales negotiations when necessary.

The ideal candidate should have an undergraduate degree in technical, quantitative, or business fields, preferably with a master's degree or MBA. At least 4 years of total work experience, with at least 2 years in business development management for B2B, is required. Desirable experience in hospital software information, ERP, CRM, Cloud Solutions, or other areas is also beneficial. Additionally, strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, as well as a results-oriented approach and keen negotiation skills, are essential.
