**Global B2B Website Engagement Manager**:
We have an exciting role in DCS - Digital Commercial Services Animal Health called “Global B2B Web Engagement Manager”, where you will be recognized as an expert in developing pragmatic and implementable B2B website/portal strategy and therefore, provide leadership, mentoring and guidance to others (Global and Local). This role is essential in delivering on the overarching B2B website/portal strategy CE ambitions for AHBU globally, and is core for implementing and embedding the therefore necessary website engagement capabilities required across all organizational levels, particularly in countries.

You will share your expertise to up-skill our marketing, sales, tech support, IT and GBS professionals to implement highly effective B2B website/portal engagements that enhance the customer experience that result in increased sales as a result of delivering on the AH CE vision.

***Tasks and responsibilities**:

- Define the B2B website strategy and implementation of roadmaps.
- Coordinate the enablement of B2B website strategy initiatives with Global, Regional and Local cross functional teams
- Regularly interact with CE Managers in all the local markets, the CRM and CE responsible on regional level, as well as with the Global CE team, the Global Websites & Analytics Transformation Manager, and the Global Media Transformation Manager
- Coach the relevant global, regional and local cross functional teams and conducts training and upskilling sessions, act as sparring partner
- Conduct a comprehensive and detailed baselining analyses of current status quo of B2B website tech set-up. content availability and contact planning quality across markets, conducts gap analyses, identify areas for improvement
- Implement measures that ensure B2B website ecosystems evolve to an essential part of go-to-market approaches
- Actively prioritize B2B website/portal enablement measures within and between markets depending on local readiness, regulatory challenges, as well as business impact
- Gather and build knowledge and expertise in the area of B2B website content development and customer journeys as Global go-to contact taking on a Center of Excellence Role Identify global B2B website engagement needs and challenges, and prioritize and coordinates the development and roll out of innovative solutions

***Requirements**:

- Master’s Degree from an accredited institution and / or MBA preferred
- At least 3 years proven experience in:

- Website strategy development
- Website implementation e.g. UX/UI wireframing commissioning and review, content strategy planning, IT collaborations
- Enabling and rolling out website capabilities at Global, regional and local levels
- Setting up website engagement related strategies and their execution in local operating business units
- Actively collaborating with IT on enterprise/open source content management systems
- Familiar with marketing and customer-centric environments
- Good understanding of advertising and promotion procedures and guidelines
- Ability to independently interface with senior management levels as well as the regional teams
- Demonstrated project management skills (ideally Agile or DevOPs) and ability to achieve results in a highly matrixed organization
- The global nature of this job requites being fluent in English.
- Experience working in an international and intercultural environment. Communicate effectively, collaboration skills, problem solving, self-motivation and excellent analytical thinking, open mindset, thinking out-of-the-box with innovative ideas.
