We are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Advertising Sales Person. In this role, you will be responsible for selling advertising space to businesses and organizations looking to promote their products and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

This is a remote role, but this role does require daily onsite meetings in the field. The territory is Fort Lauderdale territory 

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and reach out to potential clients through cold calling, networking, and other sales techniques

- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients

- Understand clients' advertising needs and develop customized advertising solutions to meet their objectives

- Present advertising proposals and negotiate pricing and terms with clients

- Collaborate with the advertising team to create effective and engaging campaigns

- Monitor and analyze sales performance, and make necessary adjustments to achieve sales targets

- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competition to identify new business opportunities

- Attend industry events and conferences to promote the company's services and build relationships with potential clients

- Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts to management regularly


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field
  • A minimum of (5) Five years of Advertising/Media Sales Experience required
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills
  •  Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and advertising trends is a plus
  • Must be willing to travel for client meetings and industry event
  • Must reside in Fort Lauderdale or from Deer Field Beach to Hollywood Beach FL
