Job Description

As a Success Development Specialist, you will focus on products and offerings tailored to the specific needs of the target audience.


 

 

 

Detailed Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a clear call script or talk track, ensuring consistent and repeatable communication.
  • Carry out a structured outreach strategy across multiple channels (phone, email, social media), maintaining a consistent cadence.
  • Offer concierge-level support to a select group of Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) involved in development, publishing, and sales growth.
  • Focus on products and offerings tailored to the specific needs of the target audience.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring a positive first impression and laying the groundwork for a lasting partnership.

 


Ideal Profile

Targeted Qualifications

  • Fluency in German Language, C1 level or Higher.
  • Fluency in English Language, B2 level or Higher.
  • Basic understanding of target industry, ability to deliver provided messaging on solutions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and use of professional business language.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, IT, Marketing or related field is nice to have.
  • Willing to learn modern selling techniques, able to execute core messaging strategy, can navigate to decision makers, and establish clear next steps.
  • Baseline understanding and passion for cloud technologies and changing the world.
  • Ability to accurately document call outcomes and notes.
  • Fluency with basic productivity tools (Outlook, O365, web conferencing tools) and experience using CRM system is required.
  • Customer Support experience, IT industry experience will be great to have.
