About the Role Are you a dynamic individual with a passion for driving success and fostering relationships? We are seeking a motivated Success Development Specialist fluent in German to join our vibrant team in Málaga, Spain. In this role, you will collaborate with clients to ensure their success and satisfaction, playing a key part in driving growth and building lasting partnerships.
Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for German-speaking clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success with our services.Proactively engage with clients to understand their goals and challenges, offering tailored solutions.Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless and efficient client experiences.Monitor client progress, providing insights and recommendations to maximize their outcomes.Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to contribute to revenue growth.Maintain accurate client records and provide regular reports on account performance. Requirements Fluent in German (C1/C2 level) and proficient in English (B2 level or higher).Previous experience in client success, account management, or a similar customer-focused role.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport.Problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach to challenges.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.Familiarity with CRM tools and data-driven strategies is a plus.
