Job Description
As a Success Development Specialist, you will focus on products and offerings tailored to the specific needs of the target audience.
Detailed Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a clear call script or talk track, ensuring consistent and repeatable communication.
- Carry out a structured outreach strategy across multiple channels (phone, email, social media), maintaining a consistent cadence.
- Offer concierge-level support to a select group of Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) involved in development, publishing, and sales growth.
- Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring a positive first impression and laying the groundwork for a lasting partnership.
The Profile
Targeted Qualifications
- Fluency in German Language, C1 level or Higher.
- Fluency in English Language, B2 level or Higher.
- Basic understanding of target industry, ability to deliver provided messaging on solutions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and use of professional business language.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, IT, Marketing or related field is nice to have.
- Willing to learn modern selling techniques, able to execute core messaging strategy, can navigate to decision makers, and establish clear next steps.
- Baseline understanding and passion for cloud technologies and changing the world.
- Ability to accurately document call outcomes and notes.
- Fluency with basic productivity tools (Outlook, O365, web conferencing tools) and experience using CRM system is required.
- Customer Support experience, IT industry experience will be great to have.
