¿En qué consistirá tu día a día?
Bajo la supervisión de la responsable de departamento y coordinado con el resto del equipo participarás en las siguientes tareas:
Desarrollar e implementar el modelo de experiencia de nuestros alumnos/as en cada fase de relación tanto offline como online Diseño y desarrollo del journey Optimizar la satisfacción del alumno y consolidar el valor de nuestra propuesta educativa a través de la experiencia y relación con el alumno Identificar KPI's y mecanismos de feedback de la experiencia del alumno, realizar su seguimiento y relación con indicadores de negocio. Colaborar con los diferentes departamentos de la escuela, Marketing, Comercial, Académico ..etc. Desarrollo del diagnóstico de la experiencia. Implementar un sistema de medición de indicadores claves de experiencia y su relación con los indicadores de negocio. UX Researcher
Requisitos
Estudios superiores en ámbitos relacionados con el comportamiento del consumidor, gestión de proyectos, análisis de consumidor (Design thinking , user experience ...) Conocimiento de Excel, CRM o Power BI Nivel de Inglés B2¿Qué ofrecemos?
