Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Manager to join our team at Engineeringuk. As a key member of our sales and customer relationship management team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Support sales teams to onboard new customers and ensure a seamless experience throughout the sales process.
- Build strong relationships with customers to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver a professional level of customer service and support.
- Collaborate with sales engineers to match customer requests with Colt's product offerings.
- Initiate and lead customer meetings to discuss customer management topics and educate customers about our systems and tools.
Requirements
- Great written and verbal communication skills in English and German.
- Previous experience in sales and/or customer-facing roles.
- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to influence people at all levels to get what you need for your customers.
- Passion for customer experience and adaptability to ever-changing customer needs.
