Somos una empresa tecnológica internacional con sede en Palma, de más de 200 profesionales y en constante crecimiento. Precisamos incorporar a nuestro equipo de Product & Partners una persona como Technical Account Manager.

Tus principales funciones estarán relacionadas con:

Gestión de proyectos de lospartners asignados.
Consultoría de las apis integradas.
Coordinación en el mantenimiento y actualización sobre las especificaciones de las apis de los diferentes partners.
Gestión en la conectividad de las apis en los diferentes clientes de la compañía.
Coordinación y certificación de las nuevas apis a desarrollar.
Resolución de dudas negocio/técnicas.
Gestión de entornos QA para las apis implementadas.
Realización de soporte técnico para equipo de Project Managment.
Recopilación de requisitos técnicos y de negocio solicitados tanto de manera interna como por parte de nuestros partners.
Coordinación del evolutivo tecnológico de los distintos productos implementados en la compañía.
Comunicación técnica con los proveedores implementados.
Revisión con nuestro equipo de perfomance de los partners asignados.

Requisitos

Nivel alto de inglés.
Conocimientos técnicos.
Conocimientos negocio turístico.
