Nuestro cliente cuenta con la solución integral para incrementar la venta directa hotelera que permite conectar, conocer y fidelizar a sus huéspedes mediante una plataforma innovadora, fácil de usar y con un soporte excepcional.
El Key Account Manager será responsable de gestionar y fortalecer las relaciones con nuestros clientes más valiosos y estratégicos. Buscamos a alguien apasionado por el servicio al cliente, que pueda identificar oportunidades de crecimiento y asegurar la satisfacción y retención de nuestros principales clientes.
- Gestionar y fortalecer relaciones estratégicas con los principales clientes.
- Identificar y aprovechar oportunidades de up-sell y cross-sell dentro de las cuentas clave.
- Trabajar estrechamente con el equipo de ventas para facilitar la transición de nuevos clientes a cuentas gestionadas.
- Resolver cualquier problema o inquietud de los clientes de manera oportuna y eficaz.
- Realizar revisiones regulares de cuentas para discutir el rendimiento del cliente y asegurar su satisfacción y retención.
- Mantener una comunicación abierta y regular con los clientes, entendiendo sus necesidades y adaptando nuestra oferta de acuerdo a ellas.
- Proporcionar feedback al equipo de producto y servicio al cliente basado en las interacciones y necesidades del cliente.
**Requisitos**:
- Experiência previa como Key Account Manager o en un rol similar, preferiblemente en la industria de tecnología o hotelera.
- Habilidad para establecer y mantener relaciones sólidas y duraderas con clientes.
- Comprensión clara de las soluciones y capacidad para comunicar su valor a los clientes.
- Fuerte orientación al cliente y habilidades de resolución de problemas.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita.
- Familiaridad con herramientas de CRM y gestión de cuentas.
- Conocimiento del sector hotelero es una ventaja.
