Funciones a Realizar
Gestión de las necesidades de material de los pacientes domiciliarios de acuerdo a la prescripción realizada por su hospital.

Gestión de reclamaciones y peticiones realizadas por los pacientes

Gestión de las necesidades de pacientes extranjeros durante su estancia en España

Gestión de la facturación de los tratamientos domiciliarios

Implementación de VIP's

Apoyo a la red comercial

Facturacion mensual a hospitales, abonos y provisiones

Mantenimiento de tarifas y precios

Documentación del departamento utilizando bases de datos

Requisitos
Grado universitario o ciclo formativo grado superior

Habilidades de comunicación en español e inglés

Dominio de Outlook y Ms office

Capacidad de trabajo en equipo

Se valorará experiencia en atención al cliente
