We're looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our international team in Valencia

You'll be part of a growing company with strong European brands and a dynamic, friendly working culture.

Your Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the primary point of contact for our consumers and retail partners.

You will handle inquiries, process orders, and resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently, always aiming for a great customer experience.

Your Key Tasks

  • Act as the first point of contact for consumers in the Netherlands and other European markets.
  • Provide product information and handle questions via email, phone, and social media.
  • Manage complaints, returns, and warranty cases in a professional and timely manner.
  • Support your colleagues with order processing, invoicing, and logistics follow-up when needed.

What We're Looking For

  • MBO (intermediate vocational) education level or equivalent.
  • Experience in customer service, order management, or similar (junior profiles also welcome).
  • Fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written).
  • Good knowledge of MS Office; ERP experience (Unit4 or similar) is a plus.
  • Organised, proactive, and service-oriented personality.
