We are hiring a TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT MANAGER to join our HR Global Department. He/she will be responsible for supporting effective and globally-consistent succession planning and career development solutions to drive availability of the sustainable talent pipeline for the company's growth.
Challenges:
- Designing the processes and tools of people/talent development (Organization & Talent.
- Review, Career Discussion, Internal Promotion, Competency Model, Feedback 360, Individual Development Plan, etc.).
- Delivering tools and system solutions for people/talent development.
- Sharing knowledge, best practices, and training managers to build leadership capabilities.
- Creating training materials supporting people/talent development processes and ensuring their localization.
- Ensuring communication campaigns for implementation and promotion of people/talent development processes and tools.
- At least 4-5 years of experience in design and implementation of HR processes.
- Very good analytical, planning, and organizational skills.
- Very good knowledge of MS Office.
- Fluent in English.
- Master degree in HR is desirable.
