Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Santa Cruz de Tenerife Vous souhaitez vivre une expérience dans l'une des îles les plus attrayantes d'Europe ?Vous souhaitez faire partie d'une multinationale leader dans son secteur et offrant des perspectives d'évolution professionnelle en son sein?Alors cette offre d'emploi pourrait vous intéresser.Vous trouverez ci-dessous plus d'informations sur les tâches à accomplir :- Interagir avec les clients par téléphone, par courrier électronique et sur l'internet, en fournissant une assistance technique et des capacités de résolution des problèmes.- Identifier, évaluer et classer par ordre de priorité les problèmes et les plaintes des clients.- Analyser les problèmes des clients et formuler des plans de résolution.- Contribuer à l'identification des lacunes dans la résolution des problèmes au sein du service d'assistance et rédiger des soumissions dans la base de connaissances en conséquence.- Évaluer les nouveaux services, processus et technologies introduits au sein du service d'assistance.- Participer aux activités de formation du service, y compris aux programmes de formation visant à soutenir les nouvelles technologies, les procédures et les améliorations du service à la clientèle.- Travailler avec le personnel du département pour promouvoir, développer et maintenir des valeurs fortes en matière de service à la clientèle.- Transmettre les problèmes non résolus aux responsables de l'assistance, au groupe de service désigné (client). - Langues obligatoires : Français et anglais courant- Lieu de travail : Présentiel pendant les heures de bureau à Tenerife - Hybride avec travail à distance jusqu'à 75% sera évalué après 6 mois en fonction des besoins de l'entreprise et de la performance individuelle.- Compétences de base en informatique- Bonnes compétences en communication- Disponibilité pour travailler en équipes : 7x24 (40 heures par semaine - 5 jours par semaine)- Expérience avancée en matière de développement organisationnel : Orientation vers le service, perspicacité, coopération proactive- Compréhension de base des principes, théories et pratiques de la dynamique de groupe et/ou du développement d'équipe- Développement commercial de base : orientation vers les
