We tailor IT related knowledge and services and assist every employee and business partners of our customers as an individual, by finding practical solutions to their IT problems.We are looking for a French-speaking First Line Analyst, fluent in Spanish & English, to join our team at Computacenter in Spain.Your daily tasks will be:Answering and support queries via tools, phone and email, keeping daily contact with our users calling from all over EuropeResolving IT issues of our partners which can occur during office workDocumentation and logging of calls on the ticketing toolDelegation of problems which cannot be resolved to the competent teamsMaintaining and improving customer satisfaction levelCommunication with your direct team members and different departmentsYou are the ideal candidate if:You are native or fluent in French and have an advanced level of Spanish and EnglishYou are interested in learning about ITYou have a positive, can-do attitude and you like problem-solvingYou have logical thinking and enjoy helping other people to solving issuesYou have outstanding communication skills and customer focused mind-setYou enjoy working in a teamYou respect the time schedule and are punctualWhat do we offer you?Remote work 80% of the time - 4 days/month on-siteShifts Rotation: 7AM - 7PM Monday-Friday, one hour less on FridaysTicket restaurant (1100€ per year) after 3 months and private health insurance with Sanitas after 6 monthsAnnual salary of 20,535.87€ gross/yearAn international environment where people support and respect each otherAccess to VIP District: gym discounts, restaurants, car wash, etcCareer development and leadership program opportunitiesFree online language classes (GER, FRE, SPA & ENG)Fast recruitment processFully paid trainingAbout usComputacenter is a leading independent provider of IT infrastructure services.
