As a Luxury Hospitality Ambassador at Four Seasons Resort Mallorca at Formentor, you will be part of a dynamic team that is dedicated to providing unparalleled service to our guests.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Concierge Agent to join our Front Of the House Team. The successful candidate will provide upscale service experiences for guests throughout their stay, ensuring that they feel welcome and cared for at all times.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests and colleagues alike. They will also possess a deep understanding of local attractions, amenities, and services, as well as the ability to make recommendations and arrangements as needed.

Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized service to guests, responding to their requests and needs in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure that guests are properly greeted upon arrival, and that they receive a warm and welcoming introduction to our resort.
  • Promote all hotel amenities, conveniences, and programs offered, including local attractions, dining options, and activities.
  • Update and maintain concierge desk collateral and information on local attractions, restaurants, museums, maps, and other local attractions.
  • Work with guests pre-arrival and in-house to ascertain their preferences and provide insightful recommendations.
  • Conduct pre-arrival process to contact future guests to arrange services, including wine tastings, dining reservations, shipping packages, transportation methods, and researching vendors and service providers.
  • Follow up with guests pre-arrival, within a time of response.
  • Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible.
  • Maintain permanent communication with guests through our messenger app, with immediate response, and proper closure of interaction.
  • Resolve customer complaints; assist customers in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operation, key hotel personnel, in-house events, directions, etc.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests and colleagues alike.
  • A deep understanding of local attractions, amenities, and services, as well as the ability to make recommendations and arrangements as needed.
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Knowledge of local language (Spanish) and cultural nuances is highly desirable.
