Your role at BRP

As the Country Marketing Lead for Spain and Italy, you will be at the forefront of some exciting evolutions while running our existing product lines - Can-Am ATV, SSV, and Sea-Doo PWC. Can-Am, a leading off-road brand, aims to provide farmers and professionals with top-notch equipment. Additionally, Can-Am Motorcycles is re-entering the market with a revolutionary line of electric models, intending to disrupt and redefine two-wheeled mobility.

Your responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement local annual Go-To-Market plans supporting regional strategic priorities and sales and profitability targets for Can-Am offroad and Sea-Doo.
  2. Lead trade shows, events, demo days, website updates, and CRM campaigns, measure, and report results, managing the marketing budget.
  3. Advise and support the network in building and executing local action plans enhancing consumer experience at the dealership and driving retail.
  4. Implement corporate marketing actions and assist dealers in digital transformation.

Your profile and experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a similar field.
  • Around 3-5 years of experience in Marketing.
  • Experience in the Utility, Agriculture, Automotive, Powersport, or Motorcycle business is a must.
  • Fluency in English, Italian, and Spanish is a must.
