About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Country Marketing Lead for Spain and Italy to join our team. As a key member of our regional marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing local marketing strategies to support the achievement of sales and profitability targets for our Can-Am off-road and Sea-Doo products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a local annual Go-To-Market plan to support regional strategic priorities and sales targets.
  • Lead trade shows, events, demo days, website updates, and CRM campaigns to drive consumer engagement and sales.
  • Measure and report results, manage marketing budget, and collaborate with stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
  • Advise and support dealers in building and executing local action plans to enhance consumer experience and drive retail sales.
  • Implement corporate marketing actions and assist dealers in digital transformation.
  • Maximize brand visibility through earned media tactics, create and share locally relevant content, and maintain media relationships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the utility, agriculture, automotive, or powersports industry.
  • Fluency in English, Italian, and Spanish languages.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing is a plus.
