Your Journey at BRP

As the Country Marketing Lead for Spain and Italy, you will be at the forefront of some exciting evolutions on top of running our existing product lines - Can-Am ATV, SSV, and Sea-Doo PWC. Can-Am, a leading off-road brand known for its high-performance ATVs and Side-By-Side vehicles, aims to provide farmers and professionals with top-notch equipment.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a local annual Go-To-Market plan supporting the regional strategic priorities and the achievement of the sales and profitability targets for Can-Am offroad and Sea-Doo.
  • Lead trade shows, events, demo days, website updates, and CRM campaigns.
  • Measure and report results: manage marketing budget.
  • Dealer Marketing: advise and support the network in building and executing local action plans enhancing consumer experience at dealerships and driving retail.
  • Content Marketing Public Relations: maximize brand visibility through earned media tactics.
Your Competencies to Be Successful in the Role
  • Business acumen with field marketing experience.
  • Results-oriented, pragmatic, and accountable.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a matrix structure.
Your Profile and Experience
  • Bachelor in Marketing, Business Administration, or similar.
  • Around 3-5 years of experience in Marketing.
  • Experience in the Utility/Agriculture/Automotive/Powersport/Motorcycle business is a must.
  • Fluency in English, Italian, and Spanish languages is a must.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing is a plus.
