About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Country Marketing Lead for Spain and Italy to join our team at Bombardier Recreational Products. As a key member of our regional marketing organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing local marketing strategies to drive sales and profitability for our Can-Am off-road and Sea-Doo brands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a local annual Go-To-Market plan supporting regional strategic priorities and sales targets.
  • Lead trade shows, events, demo days, website updates, and CRM campaigns to drive consumer engagement and sales.
  • Advise and support dealers in building and executing local action plans to enhance consumer experience and drive retail sales.
  • Maximize brand visibility through earned media tactics, create and share locally relevant content, and maintain media relationships.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or similar.
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on field marketing and brand management.
  • Fluency in English, Italian, and Spanish languages.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and experience in the utility, agriculture, automotive, powersport, or motorcycle industry.
