Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Country Marketing Lead for Spain and Italy to join our team at Bombardier Recreational Products. As a key member of our regional marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing local marketing strategies to drive sales and profitability for our Can-Am off-road and Sea-Doo products in the Iberian region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a local annual Go-To Market plan to support regional strategic priorities and achieve sales and profitability targets.
  • Lead trade shows, events, demo days, website updates, and CRM campaigns to drive consumer engagement and sales.
  • Measure and report results, manage marketing budget, and optimize marketing strategies to achieve desired outcomes.
Dealer Marketing

Advise and support dealers in building and executing local action plans to enhance consumer experience at dealership and drive retail sales.

Content Marketing & Public Relations

Maximize brand visibility through earned media tactics, create and share locally relevant content, and maintain media relationships to manage PR activities.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the utility, agriculture, automotive, powersport, or motorcycle industry.
  • Fluency in English, Italian, and Spanish languages.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing is a plus.
