About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Country Marketing Lead to join our team in Spain and Italy. As a key member of our regional organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing local marketing strategies to drive sales and profitability for our Can-Am off-road and Sea-Doo products.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Go-to-Market planning and execution: Develop and implement a local annual Go-To-Market plan that supports regional strategic priorities and achieves sales and profitability targets for Can-Am off-road and Sea-Doo.

  2. Dealer Marketing: Advise and support dealers in building and executing local action plans to enhance consumer experience at the dealership and drive retail sales.

  3. Content Marketing and Public Relations: Maximize brand visibility through earned media tactics, create and share locally relevant content, and maintain media relationships and manage PR activities.

Requirements
  • Business acumen with field marketing experience
  • Results-oriented, pragmatic, and accountable
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a matrix structure
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or similar
  • 3-5 years of experience in Marketing
  • Experience in the Utility/Agriculture/Automotive/Powersport/Motorcycle business is a must
  • Fluency in English, Italian, and Spanish languages is a must
  • Knowledge of digital marketing is a plus
