To help us get there, our Commercial team is seeking an experienced Head of Latin America and Africa Commercial Expansion.

About the Role

As Head of Latin America and Africa Commercial Expansion, you'll be responsible for leading and scaling our commercial strategy, driving growth, partnerships, and merchant acquisition. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing a robust business development roadmap, aligning it with business objectives to drive sales growth
  • Identifying new market opportunities, merchant segments, and innovative business models to accelerate growth
  • Forging strategic alliances with key players in the fintech and broader financial services ecosystem, including banks, regulators, and technology providers
  • Leading negotiations and closing major deals that enhance product offerings and market position

You'll lead the sales team to achieve aggressive growth targets, focusing on merchant acquisition, retention, and expansion. You'll oversee go-to-market strategies for new products and services, ensuring alignment with merchant needs and market trends. Collaborating with the product team, you'll ensure solutions meet merchant demand and maintain a competitive edge.

About You

We're looking for someone with 15+ years of senior leadership experience in Sales roles, fintech or financial services. A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or a related field is required, with an MBA or other advanced degree highly desirable. You should have excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels, including the C-suite. As a strategic thinker, you'll possess excellent analytical, financial, and commercial acumen, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish (Portuguese is a nice to have).

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on your experience and qualifications.
