About Us: Deoleo, the world's largest olive oil company, is seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Global Trade Marketing & Revenue Growth Manager in Madrid. Your Opportunity with Us: As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Trade Marketing and Revenue Growth units by defining global strategies, guidelines, and frameworks to ensure correct planning, execution, and tracking. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Defining strategic guidelines and frameworks for customer segmentation, category management, perfect store, pricing, and other key areas to ensure alignment and correct local deployment.
  • Transferring the defined vision and shared objectives to different teams, ensuring correct alignment and providing local support when needed.
  • Defining required reporting and shared KPIs among Business Units (BUs).
  • Supporting the development of Strategic Business Plans, ensuring the correct vision of TMK & RGM is reflected within the organization.

Key Skills: To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate leadership skills in driving core trade marketing and revenue growth projects forward. You should have proficiency in translating marketing vision into actionable plans, as well as in-depth industry knowledge and market trends to anticipate market volatility, competitive threats, and growth opportunities. A strong understanding of trade marketing strategies and experience in developing and implementing effective plans are essential.

Salary: The estimated salary range for this position is €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on your level of experience and qualifications. This figure is based on the national average salary for similar positions in Spain and takes into account the company's commitment to offering competitive compensation packages.
