Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Global Trade Marketing & Revenue Growth Manager in Madrid. In this role, you will support our Trade Marketing & Revenue Growth units by defining global strategies, guidelines, and frameworks to ensure correct planning, execution, and tracking. Your responsibilities will include:
- Defining strategic guidelines and frameworks to ensure alignment and correct local deployment of the defined TMK & RGM strategic levers;
- Transferring the defined TMK & RGM vision and shared objectives to different teams ensuring correct alignment, as well as local support if needed;
- Defining required reporting and shared KPIs to be completed among BUs;
- Supporting in the development of Strategic Business Plans ensuring that the correct vision of TMK & RGM is reflected within the organization;
- Providing a global POS toolkit acting as the handbook for all markets, including main action levers, both for internal usage and external agencies;
- Defining budget allocation guidelines to act as the frame of reference;
- Building shared assets for Key Account Managers (i.e., category training material, commercial onboarding, process handbook, negotiation techniques, etc.);
- Collaborating with Global Sales, Marketing, and Finance and aligning TMK & RGM initiatives with overall business strategies and ensuring effective execution;
- Collaborating on the development of TMK & RGM Community, involving the consolidation of resources among BUs, facilitating best practice sharing and standardization of content (i.e., customer segmentation methodologies, recommended planograms);
- Sharing regular updates on the latest industry trends to support all stakeholders to stay at the forefront of innovation.
To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate:
- Demonstrated leadership in driving core trade marketing & RGM projects and functions forward;
- Proficiency in TMK strategies to translate marketing vision into actionable plans;
- In-depth industry knowledge and market trends to anticipate market volatility, competitive threats, and growth opportunities to nurture strategic plans;
- Capability to lead organizational change initiatives and drive adoption of new processes, strategies, and global best practices;
- Excellent coordination and project management skills to facilitate seamless communication within the organization.
The estimated salary for this position is around $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. This figure takes into account the company's size, location, and industry standards. Please note that salaries can vary widely depending on individual circumstances, so this is only an estimate.
