Senior Revenue Growth Strategist

Influencity is a pioneer in the influencer marketing space, and we're seeking a skilled Revenue Operations Manager to join our team. This role will play a crucial part in driving our growth initiatives and aligning sales, marketing, and customer success teams to achieve impactful revenue growth.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and managing systems, processes, and data that fuel our revenue strategy. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and managing marketing operations for at least one of our core markets.
- Strategizing with and supporting Marketing and Sales Directors to enhance market performance and automation.
- Partnering with lifecycle teams to tailor and deliver a premium user journey for prospects and champion email marketing nurturing and reactivation workflows.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 5 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, marketing operations, or a similar role, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software, particularly HubSpot CRM Marketing Hub (certified would be preferred).
- A deep understanding of sales, marketing, and customer success processes.
- Ability to manage large datasets and Excel/Sheets.
