We are seeking a highly skilled Head of Performance Partnerships to join our team at Adhoq. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive affiliate revenue growth and expand our affiliate network.
About the Role:In this role, you will have the opportunity to build and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners, networks, and agencies, identify and onboard new affiliate partners, negotiate and manage affiliate contracts, and monitor and analyze performance metrics.
Responsibilities:- Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies to achieve company objectives and targets;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners, networks, and agencies;
- Identify and onboard new affiliate partners to expand our network and reach;
- Negotiate and manage affiliate contracts and agreements;
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to evaluate effectiveness and identify areas for improvement;
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure our affiliate program remains competitive and effective.
We offer a competitive base salary of $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on level of seniority, plus attractive commissions and benefits.
