We are seeking a highly skilled Ecommerce Partnerships and Business Growth Specialist to join our team at Adaptive Teams. As a key member of our partnership development team, you will be responsible for driving growth and building powerful partnerships in the Amazon ecosystem.

Your Mission:

  • Identify and Secure High-Quality Partnerships: Engage with content creators, educators, and influencers in the Amazon selling space to design and implement effective partnership strategies.
  • Develop a Strategic Partnership Roadmap: Drive business growth through high-impact collaborations by analyzing market trends and identifying new opportunities.
  • Nurture Key Relationships: Manage and maintain long-term relationships with partners to ensure mutual value creation.
  • Analyze Performance and Optimize Outcomes: Track and analyze partnership performance to refine strategies and maximize returns.

You'll Thrive Here If:

  • You have proven expertise in business development and partnerships, ideally in e-commerce, Amazon, or digital marketing sectors.
  • You possess a strong network within the Amazon seller community, particularly with educators and influencers.
  • You're an expert negotiator and relationship builder with a self-starter mindset.
  • You're fluent in English (Spanish or Portuguese proficiency is a bonus).
